Draft resolution on the Inadmissibility of certain practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance

Increasing phenomenon - adopt a resolution at the Commission on Human Rights, push it again at the General Assembly in the same year. Indicates obvious redundancy of the Commission and the Third Committee of the General Assembly. Australia, Canada, Japan and the United States abstained at the Commission - tepid objections then certainly won't deter its passage now.
