Resolution adopted by the General Assembly on December 16, 2005 without a vote.

"Cooperation" UN-style -- put forward by the so-called Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) -- according to this resolution means "non-selectivity" and "objectivity." In other words, naming human rights violators is unsportsmanlike conduct.
