Resolution adopted by the General Assembly on December 16, 2005, by a vote of 125 for, 53 against, and 0 abstentions.

Here we go again, in this perennial resolution the so-called Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) is against "unilateral coercive measures" - aka mounting sanctions or real teeth against human rights violators.
