Note
Freedom House quite rightly demands that the nascent UN Democracy Caucus work together at the UN. Unfortunately, regional ties and dollars and cents have a much greater hold on most UN members. How about democracies working together better outside the UN, instead of wheeling and dealing with anti-democratic forces in UN backrooms?
